Terms of use

Print what you like for your own family and classroom. Do not resell it.

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Wilcodes LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Delray Beach, which makes and sells Kitchen Table Worksheets. Write to hello@ktworksheets.com.

What you get

A license to use the app and to print, copy and use the sheets it makes, without limit, for your own children or your own class. Print the same page fifty times if that is what the week needs.

What you may not do

Sharing a printed page with another parent or a colleague is fine and always will be. The line is selling and republishing, not lending.

Who owns what

The sheets, the programs that make them and the app are mine. Your license to use them does not transfer ownership of any of it.

Anything you type — a child’s name, your own words on a handwriting sheet — stays yours, and stays on your device.

What this is not

These are practice materials, not a curriculum, not a diagnosis and not a substitute for a teacher. Grades and ages are a guide to where a sheet sits, not an assessment of a child.

The app is provided as it is. It is checked carefully and it will still have faults, and I cannot promise it fits any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from using it.

Refunds and changes

Purchases and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their rules, not by me.

These terms may change as the app does. Continuing to use it after a change means the new terms apply.
