Privacy
Nothing about you or your child leaves your phone.
Who is responsible
This app and ktworksheets.com are made and run by Wilcodes LLC, a Florida company based in Delray Beach. Questions about this policy go to hello@ktworksheets.com.
The short version
There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything to do with sheets, printing and children happens on your device. The app goes online for exactly two things, both described below: checking whether the full shelf has been bought, and checking for an update.
What is stored, and where
Two things are kept, both in a database on your phone and nowhere else:
- What you printed — the sheet, the pack, when, and how many times. Used for the recently-printed list and to avoid suggesting the same page twice.
- Children you add — a first name and an age, used to pick sheets at the right level and to put a name on a tracing sheet.
Neither leaves the device. Deleting the app deletes both. There is no copy anywhere else, including with me — I could not retrieve them if you asked.
Why the sheets do not need a connection
The app carries the programs that make the sheets rather than the sheets themselves, so a page is generated on your phone the moment you ask for it. That is why it works on a train, and it is also why there is nothing to log: printing a sheet makes no request, so there is no request to record.
Children
This app is bought and used by adults. A child’s name and age, if you enter one, are used only on your device to choose and personalise sheets. No information about a child is transmitted, sold, shared, or used for advertising, because none of it goes anywhere.
What Apple and Google see
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, and those companies handle them under their own privacy policies. I receive sales figures, not people: I do not learn who bought the app, and I never receive your name, email or payment details.
The two things that go online
Checking the purchase. The full shelf is unlocked through the App Store or Google Play, and the app uses a service called RevenueCat to confirm the unlock and restore it on a new phone. RevenueCat receives a random ID the app makes up on first launch, the purchase record from the store, and the basic technical details any app request carries (device type, app version, IP address). It does not receive a name, an email address, anything about a child, or anything you print. It is used only to make the unlock work, never for advertising. RevenueCat's own privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Checking for updates. When the app opens it asks Expo, the company whose tools build it, whether a newer version is available, so that fixes reach you without waiting for a full store update. That request carries the app's version, the device type and the IP address every internet request carries, and nothing else.
Changes
If this ever stops being true — if a feature needs a network or an account — this page changes before that feature ships, and the change will say plainly what is new.
Updated 30 September 2026: the paid unlock and app updates added the two network checks described above. Before that, a shipped build made no network requests at all.
