Nothing Is Colored

A red apple is not red. It swallows every color except red and throws that one back, which is why a green apple goes black under a red torch. Why mixing paint gets darker and mixing light gets brighter, why the sky is blue and the sunset is not, and why you have never once seen anything as it is right now.
