Ada was doing a jigsaw on the floor. She had done all of it except one piece, and the piece would not go in.

She turned it round. She turned it round again. Her mouth went flat and her eyebrows came down.

Her little brother Sam came in with a book. He saw her face. He stood still for a moment, and then he went back out and sat on the stairs.

Ada found the right way round. The last piece went in.

She looked up to show somebody.

There was nobody there.

Draw Ada’s face when she had one piece left. Then draw it again when she looked up.
